The SWARMS flying club took up the offer from AWA to conduct an Anzac day function and it was a resounding success, there were 14 pilots who attended on the day and several family members also coming along which made it a great day out for all. We would like to express our appreciation to AWA for their involvement in instigating the event and enabling clubs around the state to get involved in what is a very important day for every member of our community. The flag remained at half mast during the morning and at midday it was raised to full mast.
