Dorothy Buckley Trophy

Awarded yearly since 1947 by AWA for most points gained in a spread of aeromodeling competitions over a calendar year.

Out of a thousand keen aeromodellers in Western Australia over the last 70 years there have been many models built, flown or crashed as these aviation enthusiasts enjoyed their sport and hobby. A few have achieved excellence worthy of being recognised by this organisation or its member clubs. These pages begins to collate records of these milestones. Enjoy.
